Bio

Training:

I obtained a BA Hons in Acting and Contemporary Theatre from East 15 Acting School in 2009. To deepen my understanding of Grotowski I ran a Grotowski training lab (london arts base) in London with a closed group of actors for 2 years. I am a Senior Accredited Yoga Teacher and an Apprentice to the School of Movement Medicine for whom I have devised and performed ceremonial theatre since 2010. Over the last 3 years I have been in residency at Clarence Mews (Hackney, London) fine tuning my own practice and developing my latest pieces of work. I studied and taught improvisation under the Ken campbell school of knight and Imprology with Remy Bertrand. I have trained further with Piesn Kozla/song of the goat, DV8, Frantic assembly, Actors Temple Meisner, Contact Improvisation, Butoh with Marie-Gabrielle Rotie and Gaga with Chisato Ohno.
